This statement is true because they are both important to one another. Without a rudder the ship doesn’t know where to turn just like a man without a goal. A man without a goal goes in circles with his life because he doesn’t know what he wants in life so he continues doing what he’s doing on and on until he finds his goal.

Topic: Presidents Day

Presidents day is the celebration of Abraham Lincoln and George Washington. The holiday is celebrated on the third monday of February. The exact date is February 22. To show honor and respect, people make a feast in honor to them or they visit monuments. I can show honor by standing up in the pledge of allegiance.

I don’t really think this is necessarily true because everybody lives their life differently. People live their life the way they want, they do what makes them happy or feel good about themselves. But from a different perspective i agree, some people do things that they might regret later on in their life and it can cause them stress. They feel as if the world is on their shoulders or like they can’t escape the past for what they did.

      In my opinion this is an important lesson to learn because you shouldn't do the right thing to get attention, you should do it because it's the right thing to do. Dean never looked for the attention. He was recognized for being himself. You should never look for attention by being good, be good because it's the right thing to do. Dean will be remembered for being himself not pretending to be someone else.

I agree with Richard Evans, people give up on certain things because they don’t see courage in themselves. If you think about it you need courage to do anything. If you want something done you have to believe that you can do it. You need to push through to get what you want.

WORLD WAR 2 AND PEARL HARBOR

The countries that fought against

each other were the Axis Powers including Germany, Italy, and Japan. On the other side was Britain, France, Australia, New Zealand, China, Italy, Soviet Union, and the United States of America.

World War 2 occurred around the globe, but mostly in these areas, Russia, Europe, Africa, Pacific Ocean, Asia, Middle East, Mediterranean Sea, and South East Asia.

One of the events that happened during World War 2 was the bombing Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941. They were bombed by Japan. To this day some of the bodies from Pearl Harbor are still underneath the ship.

I guess I agree with this statement because kindness is important and can lead you into greatness. Kindness can be a reason for greatness. If you think about it, most people get hired because they are kind.

I  don’t agree with this statement because fools can be made into someone what will do something in life. So many of the people that are called fools are not fools because some of them  realized their mistake and fixed it. The others just gave up because they saw no hope for them. People who are considered wise can become the person you’re disappointed in the most. I believe that wise men don’t exist neither does a fool. People are just too blind to see that and are quick to judge.
