“When you tell one lie it leads to another” - Paul Hatch

I agree with this statement because this mostly happens to almost everyone. After that first lie you have to make another one or else people will be suspecting and after that second lie comes another and another until you get used to lying for everything. Soon enough they’re lying about their whole life. Some people see their mistake and they stop it but other people just go on with it. Not only can they lie about what they did as in talking but also what they are doing can be a lie. When people lie and get away with it they fell in control thinking they can do anything without getting caught. It can lead to cheating on a test and shoplifting. This is why people shouldn’t lie.
